Avocado “Toast”

This is a even more healthified (and simpler) version of
the popular “Avocado Toast” – usually made with Sprouted Grain Bread

So simple it doesn’t even require toasting!

Avocado “Toast”
What You Need:
brown rice cakes
– avocado (1/2 per rice cake)
flax oil (or olive oil)
sea salt
hemp seeds (optional)
toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Directions:
1. slice avocado in half and scoop out avocado
2. spread onto brown rice cake
3. sprinkle sea salt, hemp seeds and sesame seeds on top
Voila! Enjoy!
