This quick one-time tune-up session will last 50 min via phone or skype. The cost is $150.

OPTION 2: A Healthified Start (5 sessions)
If you’re looking for a jump-start to feeling great, these five, 50-minute sessions will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. Arielle will give a few tips on some healthy swaps so you can start incorporating new foods and habits right away.
This package includes five 50-minute sessions via phone or skype. The cost is $700 (save $50).

OPTION 3: A Healthified Body (10 sessions)
If you’re looking to make concrete improvements to your habits and want personalized meal plans, recipes and email support between sessions, a month is a solid time to make changes. This is for busy women who want to really feel and see a change in their body (and life) and want to get back on track with personalized support and accountability each week.
This 3 month package includes ten 50-minute phone or skype sessions with Arielle, about once a week, over the course of 3 months. The total cost of this monthly package (ten full sessions) is $1350 (save $150).
