My Approach
Through my health counseling education and research, I have learned that eating to nourish your body, and living everyday with a positive outlook, will dramatically make you feel energized, happy and beautiful. I have studied all the major dietary theories, learning from top nutrition and wellness experts such as Deepak Chopra, Andrew Weil, Barry Sears (founder of the Zone Diet) and David Wolfe (the guru behind the raw-food diet). I recently took The Artist Way class with Julia Cameron, I frequently read encouraging books by authors such as Marianne Williamson, I do as many sun salutations per week as possible and I am inspired daily by my life coach, Gabrielle Bernstein.
In 2008, I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I am Board Certified by the AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners), with an additional certificate from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Your Program
While most nutritionists and dietitians dwell on calories, “carbs”, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is delicious, flexible, fun and free of denial. We put our focus on discipline rather than restriction, ingredients rather than caloric content, and agave rather than splenda.
No single diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
The quality of your choices equals the quality of your life, so when you feel great, you look great and when you look great, you feel great.
